I haven’t figured out how to fix it yet, but I did discover that at least in my case, that the Nextgen Gallery plugin is what is breaking Yoast. When I deactivated the plugin, Yoast began working again. It seems the update I did to Nextgen Yesterday has broken the plugin.

Anyone have any ideas? I’ve seen dropped $_SESSION since it doesn’t seem to be doing anything for me… I’ve even went about trying to use pagination plugins, none of those work either.

Well not an optimal solution, so if someone else has input, i’d appreciate it, but for now I found that using ‘compare’ => ‘LIKE’ instead of ‘compare’ => ‘=’ will at least give the right posts. It’s not exact, but in this case I don’t think it should be an issue.

TCBarret you’re a godsend. At first I had no clue what you were talking about and then I tried adding the $stash = $post and $post = $stash around each of my function calls, and sure enough it worked. I have no idea why to be honest, this is where I think development flies over my head, but none the less thank you TCBarrett, you solved my problem. Both fields are now showing up as they should.
