I’ve got the code snippet into our functions.php file.

Where can we decrease the page margin bottom from 3cm to 1cm? I’ve looked through all the settings and can’t find that anywhere.

Same issue here with our thriving ecommerce website. We have noticed the discrepancies between Reports and Analytics since Analytics was launched.

We reached out for support at least a year ago when Analytics was launched and got vague excuses then, so we continued using the standard Reports.

Now that we are getting warnings about Reports being deprecated and Analytics being the only option, we are digging back into this… and still seeing significant discrepancies between Reports and Analytics numbers.

@johndcoy response about different reports having different totals doesn’t make sense when there are discrepancies comparing Gross Sales, Taxes, or Shipping totals. These are all values that should be identical, regardless of which reporting tool is used. Gross is Gross, Taxes are Taxes, and Shipping is Shipping… granted that there may be taxes on shipping, but then it should be possible to run numbers and see that overstated shipping would be balanced by understated taxes.

The Analytics totals that we have analyzed for the past 12 months showed these differences… I couldn’t see any options to upload a readable spreadsheet or screenshot, so here’s a link: https://www.screencast.com/t/mjVx5uiBWJrW

Possible, however, we don’t know anything about who you are. This is a busy ecommerce site with live data for 10,000 orders. Obviously, providing access is something we tend not to do without really good reason.

OK, happy to report that this is working perfectly now. Tracking issue was because the 4 Goal Details in Analytics and the plugin settings were not identical. After we updated Analytics to match the plugin Goal Details, all worked properly.

The Label and Value in Analytics were ‘RV Skirting Calculator’ and ‘5’, respectively. Those values were left blank in the Form Submission Tracking Settings, so they did not match.

Label and Value in Analytics and Tracking Settings have been changed so both are blanc now.

Real Time Events & Conversions are now showing live form submission.

Still not seeing any numbers in the Analytics -> Conversions -> Goals -> Overview though.

@ronalfy We have similar issue where Real Time Event shows when we test form submission; however, Real Time Conversion does NOT show.

We are getting errors with live orders every few hours. Can we get some support here?

Most recent error was same issue, but with a different twist:

1. Customer places items in cart and fills in Billing Address then unchecks the ‘Ship to different address?’ checkbox. Screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/rXrbMGtf3UPs

2. Customer clicks ‘PayPal Express’ radio button, then the ‘Proceed to PayPal’ button that appears on checkout page (just below pay by credit card section).

3. Customer enters card info on PayPal side and clicks to process. Screen overlay and processing starts, then browser returns to checkout page where the ‘Ship to different address?’ checkbox is now checked. NOTE that checkbox was unchecked before jumping to PayPal.

4. Customers get confused and don’t realize they need to uncheck the ‘Ship to different address?’ checkbox before they click ‘Confirm Order’ button at bottom of page.

‘Shipping Address1 Empty Error Code: 10727’ occurring on occasion again, and we have spoken with customers and tested to figure out when this error is triggered.
