I finally found the culprit, I had to use https://www.siteguarding.co to scan for malware an found the culprit (/wp-content/advanced-cache.php) once deleted the site started working. Thanks for all your support
My hosting provider told me that everything is fine with them and adviced me to get a developer.
I am begining to think this is a virus, the site may not have been hacked into but its preventing me from getting in. This is killing me

I have tried all of the above and the situation still remains the same. What else can I do
Let me try the WP cache approach, I installed the wp super cache recently. Unfortunately I don’t have internet service here where I am. Will keep on trying.

“Please login wordpress attack protection CAPTCHA enter user name: lij6rsq Password. The result of math 25+5″
with space to input username and password and a futher message in red that your password would be sent unencrypted.
