In reply to: [GD Star Rating] Brokenwhich plugin are you talking about?
@berliner – You should first navigate to the root directory where your wordpress files are installed(usually public_html or httpdocs ). The plugin can be found at: wp-content >> plugins . There should be a folder with the name of whichever plugin you are talking about..You have to delete the folder and all its content. You can just deactivate the plugin by renaming the folder to anything you like.

It works! ??Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: Single Post Pages don't get the main sidebarI think its because the theme your using has that particular layout for its single post layout.I think you must edit the single.php and the page.php templates yourself.

In reply to: Theme is gone!!i think there are errors with the code…You can do this:
1)First login to your ftp through a ftp client.
2)Check if theres a .htaccess file.Skip to step 4 if there is one.
3)Create a text file and rename it to .htaccess(without the .txt extension).
4)Open the .htaccess file and paste the following code:
php_flag display_errors on
right at the top.
5)Save the file and upload it back with your ftp client if you’re using ftp.
6)Load your site again.
7)You’ll see the errors and the exact position where they’re at.I think your site will get back to working fine if you correct those errors. If you’re not good at it,I suggest you get someone who know to do it.
You can do everything with a child theme. You can learn about it here .
