We have checked the error with OTP over WhatsApp/OTP over Telegram method and fixed the same.

You can now configure your WhatsApp OTP and Telegram OTP method from the plugin dashboard on the Setup Two Factor page. Please let us know if you are still facing the issue.

I would like to tell you that in the miniOrange’s Google Authenticator plugin, we have kept the user limit to 3 i.e., you can set 2fa (2-factor authentication) for only up to 3 users no matter how many sites you are using for 2FA.

Currently our Limit Login Attempts plugin supports IPv4 address blocking only. We will add IPv6 address blocking feature in the plugin and push it in one of the future releases. We provide IPv6 address blocking feature in our WP SECURITY PRO plugin. You can download and activate the plugin from WordPress to block IPv6 addresses.
