If you want all those blog under a single domain , you can use WP network.

If you want to make an exact copy of a WordPress site and then want to install it on different domain then check WP-DB-Backup or Buddypress (Paid Plugin)

You can also enable WP Network and then create 2 subdirectory blog.

Now create a page called Home and make it a static home page. Then create a page named blog and use blog template and use it to show your blog ( under reading setting). Now modify the index.php according to your need.

Did you changed the Front page displays option to static page under Reading Settings?

Sorry, on bluehost you can install it by directly clicking on WordPress Icon under “Software/Service”

Did you point your nameserver to bluehost?

First export all the data from WordPress.com
Buy a hosting.
Then go to Godaddy and point the nameserver to your hosting.
Then..
Login to yourdomain/cpanel
Click on “fantastico”
Click WordPress from left hand menu
Click on “New Installation” ( Under the big heading “WordPress”)
Now Do the Following:
Install on domain: Select Your Domain Name
Install in directory: Leave blank
Admin access data: Type a Username and Password
Admin Nickname: Put yourname or admin
Admin e-mail (your email address): Your email ID
Site name: Type your site name
Site Description: Tag line

Done. click install WordPress and then finish installation.

Log in : go to yoursite.com/wp-admin
type the admin username and password.
Change the permalink structure.
Import the database.
Complete.

From where did you get your domain?
If from BlueHost then do the following…

Login to yourdomain/cpanel
Click on “fantastico”
Click WordPress from left hand menu
Click on “New Installation” ( Under the big heading “WordPress”)
Now Do the Following:
Install on domain: Select Your Domain Name
Install in directory: Leave blank
Admin access data: Type a Username and Password

Log in : go to yoursite.com/wp-admin
type the admin username and password.

I think there is a different option for homepage sidebar on widget settings area.

Then edit the row => home
Also remove the WordPress section
Then go to example.com

Take a backup and then use FTP to delete the current theme and all the plugins.
Do that and post the result.

You can interlink your posts, report his site to google (Click here) , send his host an Abuse Notice and can also ask him to delete the post.

You are actually moving WordPress within your site and it can not be done from your admin dashboard.
First..
Take a complete backup of your WP folder from cPanel and download to your local computer.
