In reply to: 3.5 RC5: Custom Post Type menu issueAndrew, it is working indeed (I just tried it on a fresh install). Admin Menu Editor was the culprit but looks like they fixed it in today’s release. I will be doing all tests on the fresh install henceforth.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Events Planner] "Refresh Total" button not workingHi GaslightCreative.
A few things are happening on your install.
1) It looks like some resources are not being loaded properly https://screencast.com/t/2blQWAXB . I think your theme is using relative links to load these resources.
2) Looks like the theme or a plugin is interfering with the ajax response mechanism ( https://screencast.com/t/XFexd4Jj4 )
3) I would suggest putting the [events_planner] shortcode on another page (like registrations or classes..) The ‘location’ in your url is actually the slug for the location custom post type that I use. Not too big of a deal but it may cause issues. Please contact the theme author and ask him/her to look into #1 and 2 and I think you should be good once those are resolved.
Hope this helps.
Thanks, Abel
Hi prstark.
Sorry but not in the lite version.
Thanks, Abel
Hi nikoski.
It looks like you are using PHP 5.4!? Ok, I will add this to my bug list and will take care of it soon.

In reply to: [Events Planner] [Plugin: Events Planner] Comma in Events Page?Ah, it looks like you took care of it!? Yeah, the spaces are because of the br tags in the event-list.php file. I do not check for missing city and state, hence the comma.
Thanks, Abel
Hi prstark.
Yes. It is a setting that you can enable in your paypal account. Please visit https://help.wpeventsplanner.com/customer/portal/articles/383926 and follow the instructions in #1.
Thanks, Abel

In reply to: [Events Planner] [Plugin: Events Planner] Multilingual Support?Hi Brian_AGA.
I am not very familiar with the translation plugins out there. Since events planner uses custom post types, plugins like wpml and qtranslate work right out of the box. However, the form labels are not translatable yet. You can install the lite version and see if it works with the translation plugin of your choice. If the lite works, the pro will work also.
Thanks, Abel

In reply to: [Events Planner] [Plugin: Events Planner] PayPal integration issueHi Socrates.
Here is a link to the PHP cURL manual. Here are some resources on how to get cURL going on ubuntu.
Please note that if you try to test from localhost, paypal will not work. The test/requests have to happen from a valid domain. It’s a paypal thing.
Hope these help.
Thanks, Abel

In reply to: [Events Planner] [Plugin: Events Planner] PayPal integration issueHi Socrates.
That means that your host has not enabled cURL. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to enable it. It is enabled by default on vast majority of hosts out there.
Also, please check Events Planner Support Center if other things pop up and feel free to post a question or send an email.
Thanks, Abel

Hi FrankeMcD.
Please see some suggestions on the troubleshooting page. If none help, please set me up as an admin user on your install and I will gladly check it out (send login details to help ~a-~t wpeventsplanner.com.

Hi nsconnolly.
That is interesting. I just installed the SEO plugin and it works fine for me. I am positive that it is a plugin or perhaps the theme. Also, please make sure you do not have a wordpress page with /location/ or /org/ slugs. Those are the custom post type slugs used by events planner. I would love to check it out. Please send an email to me from Events Planner Support and I can see what is going on.
Thanks, Abel
