Apologies @nilspickert and @zoonini. I’m new to this and should have thought to share how I did it. The issue is I don’t know exactly what I did. I followed the advice that was shared on another Cubic theme post.
I selected Edit CSS from the Appearance menu and then pasted /*img {border:none;}*/ into the CSS editor. It didn’t appear to work. Nothing happened immediately. The second thing I did was fix my Google Form post. I hadn’t noticed that after I transferred my site from WordPress.com to WP.org, the form wasn’t displaying correctly. So I deleted the code for the form and pasted in new code.
Afterwards, I checked to see if my form was now displaying correctly (probably either refreshed or visited the site) and the entire site was back to normal. The black borders were no longer showing. So I’m not sure if it was editing the CSS, cleaning up the code or both that worked. Hope that helps.
