in case someone have the same problem
i found the problem that causing this , it was an url in the function.php
“https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jqueryui/1.8.5/jquery-ui.min.js”
i change it to
“https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jqueryui/1.8.5/jquery-ui.min.js”
and now it works fine
