  • Hi Iuda,

Thank you for reaching out! I hope you’re doing well.

If you don’t see any updates, it means you are using the latest version.

Please ensure your version number is: 3.8.1.

Another way to update it on your site, follow these steps:

download the plugin from this page: Wholesale Pricing for WooCommerce.

    1. Go to your dashboard.
    2. Navigate to Plugins -> Add New.
    3. Click on Upload Plugin to upload the file.
    4. Install and activate the plugin.

Additionally, the image you provided in the link is not working.

    Hi @skscomp,

I hope this message finds you well.

Our plugin works to automatically rename files and images during the upload process based on the rule you configure in the settings.

Could you clarify if you attempted to upload images to your product (using WooCommerce) and found that the image names did not change as expected?

If you could provide more details about the issue you’re experiencing, I’d be happy to assist you further.

    Thank you, and best regards.

    Hi Iuda,

Thank you for reaching out! I hope you’re doing well.

To update plugin to the latest version, please navigate to:
Dashboard -> Updates -> Update Your Plugins.

To change the color of the discount price, go to:
WooCommerce -> Settings -> Product Price by Quantity -> Info. In the template section, you can adjust the color from red to your desired choice.

I hope you find this helpful!

    Thanks and best regards,

    Hi Philip,

I hope you are doing well. Thank you for reaching out to us.

Just to clarify, are you looking to add a request manually and want it to exempt the tax number without entering a number in the EU VAT Number field?

You can achieve this by adding a request without clicking on “Recalculate.”

Please take a look at the attached video, which explains how to add the request with or without entering the tax manually.

Let me know if this helps!

Do you mean that you’re looking to generate EANs for variations without the main product. You can achieve this by setting the “Variable products” option in “WooCommerce > Settings > EAN > Tools” to “Variations only.” Please give it a try and let me know if you have any questions.

    Best regards,

    Hi Sergio,

I hope you’re doing well. Thank you for reaching out to us. The plugin is designed to export products in the free version; you can view a demonstration in this video: Video Link.

Here are some steps to troubleshoot and fix any errors you may encounter:

    1-Enable Debugging:

      • Add the following line to your wp-config.php file:
        php define('WP_DEBUG', true);
      • This will display error messages that can help identify the issue.

      2-Check for Plugin Conflicts:

        • Deactivate all plugins and see if the issue persists. If the problem is resolved, reactivate plugins one by one to find the conflicting one.

        3-Switch to a Default Theme:

          • Temporarily switch to a default theme (like Twenty Twenty-One) to see if the issue is theme-related.

          4-Review Error Logs:

            • Check the server error logs for any specific error messages that can guide your troubleshooting.

            5-Update WordPress, Themes, and Plugins:

              • Make sure you are using the latest versions of WordPress, themes, and plugins to avoid compatibility issues.

If the problem continues after that, please let us know and include any error logs if available.

              Best regards,

              Hi Kapa,

The development team has been notified about this. Thank you.

              Best regards

              Hi Kapa,

Hope you are well and thank you for contacting us,

The EU/UK VAT Manager for WooCommerce plugin allows you to keep the VAT based on countries.

It also allows you to hide the EU/UK VAT field based on the country or user roles.

But if you want to keep the VAT based on a specific product or hide the VAT field according to the specific product, this feature is unfortunately not available in the current version, I can attach your request to the advanced development team, to consider the possibility of working on such a feature in the future.

Thank you for your patience and time.

              Best regards.

Regarding your question about the EAN plugin, here are some troubleshooting steps:

                  1. Check for Plugin Conflicts: Deactivate any recently added plugins to see if there’s a conflict affecting the EAN field.
                  2. Inspect Product Data: Ensure there are no unusual characters or formatting in the EAN input, as hidden characters can cause issues.
                  3. Review User Permissions: Confirm that your user role has the necessary permissions to edit and save all product data.
                  4. Update WooCommerce: Make sure your WooCommerce and related plugins are updated to the latest versions.
                  5. Clear Cache: If you’re using caching plugins, clear the cache and check if the issue persists.
                  6. Error Logs: Review your server or WordPress error logs for any messages that might indicate what’s going wrong when saving the EAN.
                  7. Database Issues: Consider optimizing your database or checking for corruption, as this can prevent data from saving correctly.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact us at [email protected]. We can investigate further and escalate your request to our advanced development team if necessary.

We look forward to hearing from you. If you find our service satisfactory after resolving your issue, we would appreciate a 5-star rating.

                  Hi David,

I hope you’re doing well. Thank you for reaching out to us.

I wanted to clarify that the latest version of the MSRP (RRP) Pricing for WooCommerce plugin is 1.7.12, not 1.6.3.

If you’d like to try the free version, please deactivate the pro version first and then activate the free version. It should work with HPOS once that’s done.

Just make sure you’re using plugin version 1.7.12.

                  Thanks and best regards,
