Hi ergec,
I hope you’re doing well. Thank you for reaching out to us.
I tested the issue on my end, and everything works smoothly. You can view the results in this video: Video Link.
Please ensure that your wishlist plugin, along with all other plugins, your theme, and WordPress, are updated to the latest versions.
If the issue persists, I recommend switching to the default WordPress theme and running the plugin with only the WooCommerce plugin activated to determine if there’s a compatibility issue.
Please let us know the results after trying these solutions.
Best regards,

I hope you’re doing well. Thank you for reaching out to us.
I reviewed the video you provided (https://files.fm/u/qsesfrz4pe) and attempted to replicate the issue, but I wasn’t able to reproduce it on my end. This may indicate a conflict with another plugin or theme.
Could you please try using the plugin with the default WordPress theme and only the WooCommerce plugin activated? Let me know if this resolves the issue. If it does, we can confirm that it’s a conflict.
If the problem persists, please ensure that your WordPress plugins are updated to the latest version. Should the issue continue after these steps, I will escalate your ticket to our development team for further assistance.
Thank you for your cooperation.

You can add a note regarding the acceptance of the tax number on your invoice by navigating to:
WooCommerce → Settings → Admin & Advanced → VAT Shifted Text. You’ll be able to edit the text there.

Hi Daniel P,
I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for reaching out to us.
I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with the EU/UK VAT Manager for WooCommerce plugin. I tested the plugin on my end, and it appears to be functioning correctly. For your reference, here’s a video demonstrating its performance: Video Link.
I’ve also attached a screenshot of the settings I used. Please review it and apply the same settings to your site.
If the issue continues, I recommend the following steps:
- Update all plugins to their latest versions.
- Ensure your theme is updated to the latest version.
- Update WordPress to the latest version.
- Clear your cache.
If the problem persists after these steps, please test the plugin with the WooCommerce plugin and the default WordPress theme. Let me know if this resolves the issue, as it may be a conflict with another plugin.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you and best regards,

Hi @gingalley,
I hope you’re doing well. Thank you for getting in touch.
To include line breaks in the paragraph text within the Email Content Editor for the Additional Custom Emails for WooCommerce plugin, you can utilize HTML tags. Specifically, the
<br>
tag can be used to create line breaks in your email content. For example:
This is the first line.<br>This is the second line.<br>This is the third line.
This will ensure that each sentence appears on a new line when the email is sent.

Please ensure that PayPal supports the currency you have chosen (KWD). If it is not supported, you may need to select a different currency for your transactions.
If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to ask.

Hi Philip,
Exempt VAT Button is effective when a valid VAT number is entered.
