I tried to replicate the issue on my test site, but I was unable to do so. It seems there may be a compatibility issue with one of your plugins. I recommend disabling all plugins and then testing only the Wishlist plugin with WooCommerce. Additionally, please try switching to a default theme.
Let me know if this resolves the issue and which plugin is causing the conflict.

I couldn’t replicate the error on my end. Could you please test the plugin on a demo site using the default WordPress theme along with just the WooCommerce plugin?

Regarding the placement of the VAT field below the “Company” field, you can adjust this by navigating to:
WooCommerce > Settings > EU VAT > General > Field Options->Priority (i.e. position) Then, try change the Priority number to 40.
Please note that this change may not take effect if your checkout page is built based on blocks.
