you can contact DHL support or the representative to check it
I suggest to use bulk update plugins to update your products weight.
for the other error, did you check the plugin settings Client Id & Secret ? and make sure that your DHL account has permissions to create labels.

Can you check the product weight ? it shouldn’t be empty.

@pogotime we have released a new version 3.0.0 that now allows Address 2 to be empty in special cases.
@isarisar we have released a new version 3.0.0 it contain a fix for this issue

I’m using Hyperpay gateway. And I tried to use another payment gateway, same issue.
