No its not the same, unfortunately we don’t support DHL Global Mail, we only support :- DHL Paket (Germany)
- Deutsche Post International (all European countries)

Has this problem been resolved? There are two possibilities for this issue:- Wrong DHL Products and Participation Number settings, and you can check it here :
https://YourWebsiteDomain/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=shipping§ion=pr_dhl_paket
Try to click on “Get Account Settings” button and it will fetch the right settings. - PAKET INTERNATIONAL product is not allowed for your DHL account, to fix this issue you should contact your DHL account manager.

Can you let us know how exactly we can re-create this error? did you try to delete a label using staging creds ?
And also if you are enabling the plugin debug mode, can you send the log file to our email “dhlsupport [at] progressus.io”
you will find it in WooCommerce > Status > Log – choose the log file with 22/11/2024 date please
if its not enabled you can enable the debug mode in the plugin settings :
WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > DHL Paket > Debug
then try to re-create this error again then send
