Thank you very much for coming back to me, I have the Awesome Support connector installed and will have a look into Zapier. I have one other thing to try as well so fingers crossed! ?? I will come back here and update for anyone else you may want to look into a similar thing.

We use Awesome Support.

Effectively, we currently make a Contact in Jetpack CRM which then automatically creates the WordPress User which we can then choose in the tickets of Awesome Support.

Awesome Support pulls the information through from the WordPress User area and not Jetpack CRM area.

What we need is when we fill out the details of the client in Jetpack CRM that it fully updates all of the WordPress User information so when Awesome Support pulls the information through it includes phone number etc.

It’s getting worse….this is clearly affecting more things on my website because we also have a plugin which allows us to shop as customer when we are logged into our respective admin areas. Now when we choose the customer it doesn’t fill all the details out like it used too….this has only occurred since upgrading from 8.0.1 to 8.0.2/8.0.3 so clearly an issue with WooCommerce.

Thank you for this, tested and still has the error however the error still mentions Automattic in the list of the error code….

I have raised it with them as well, I thought I would raise it here because there was mention of Automattic, and wondered if it was because they sync up….

Hiya, thank you so much for your message. We are a print and tech company so we have a lot of clients walk in off the street, ring us up to order etc. so it would be nice to put the customer information into Jetpack CRM so then we can process orders and tickets on various plugins from there but the only thing is that we need Jetpack to sync the other way as well if possible i.e. create a user in Jetpack and then a user is created in WordPress and WooCommerce (with all the information) ??

Hiya, yes that is correct, it’s like Jetpack CRM freaks out sometimes.

As soon as i make the contact in WordPress Users itself it picks it up and links them absolutely fine!

What I would like as well though is to be able to make the Contact in Jetpack CRM and also be able to use the Customer within WooCommerce with their address filled and everything if at all possible?

The problem i have with your method is that it’s not happening every time, so disabling the plugins means that I would have a non-functioning website for a potentially long period of time as it’s happening randomly.
