Seems like it does not do the trick, have added the code but still disappearing!!

I tried to remove Crelly Slider shortcode and test again, it works perfectly, so i could confirm the clashes is between Crelly Slider and the Theme’s JavaScript.

Please do help to re-visit this issue as i believe there are more people affected but yet to discover!!!

Hi Fabio,

During the Crelly Slider animates, if you hove over the Menu items such as “Travel Reviews & Bookings”, “Home” or ” Useful Tips” that has a submenu, and move down the submenu, it will disappear. Sometime, if you are lucky enough, i think should be the timing right, it may not happen. But if you were to try hovering and move down the mouse again, likelyhood, you will see the submenu disappearing act!

It will be quite impossible to capture the screenshot while hovering. But the most distinctive difference is that, should you go to another page without Crelly slider and hove over the submenu, instantly you will feel the difference.

Have sent you the screenshots, the best that i could captured to your outlook mail!

Hi Chris,

Just in case you are referring to Appearance -> Shiftnav,
“Indent Always Visible Submenus”, I have already checked that since day 1.

As you mention earlier, only the second level submenu is indented but not the level 1 submenu.

I have put up some test, even if i checked or unchecked the “Indent Always Visible Submenus” box, the results are the same, seems like it’s not atking any effect.

I couldn’t locate where ShiftNav Control Panel is, did you mean inside public_html, wp-content, plugin?

Any particular file that i can make changes for my first submenu to get indented?

I just did that, and things aren’t looking bright, the background color layer seems to be disappearing just like that. I’ve tried 3 times to make changes to all my 6 slides but still no avail.

I have screen shot for one of my slides created inclusive the actual screenshot of the real preview.

In short:

1) all my slides will have 2 captions
2) each caption will have 2 layers
3) however, using your LIVE preview, everything is perfect
4) but in actual preview, either the caption layer truncated, or didn’t show up at all (without the black opacity) or the whole line just disappear or…
5) All slides have different outcome, there is no specific pattern

Since i can’t attached the file here, i have send to your email provided above.

I’m afraid i can only try to resolve this via email.

I have tried rectifying it for hours but still no through road.

Please help.

I just want to thank Rolf – author of this plugin who really exercise an A1 support by addressing this issue which i posted just a few hours ago.

Now I am able to get this awesome plugin to work together with Smart Slider 2 concurrently.

Hi Rolf,

After analysing what you have explained and i went to play around the settings, I came across this option of refreshing Slider cache under Smart Slider 2 settings. So by instantaneous, i click on it and i reactivate back Float to top plugin. I was elated that my sliders are back together with Float to Top buttons.

I am just out of words in explaining that, as i don’t even know the existence of the Slider Cache, let alone clearing it. So I really want to thank your prompt reply that really helps me in addressing this peculiar issues within a day!!!
