I tried that, Refresh Slider and Refresh Generator too, but to no avail.

However, the reason why i am using the whole header image as the click button is because my Desktop version is having a big header logo. If the mobile is using the same logo, the logo will overlap my content.

So i have no other alternative but to revert to this solution.

BTW, is there a way i can customize the Menu bar when clicked, the horizontal bar will become a small square box with ‘X’ and display at the end of right hand side. Maybe there is a CSS code I could use in this context? So the end result will be the same as the previous version.

Hi,

After changes the width, everything is back! However, now when i clicked on the Menu, it should turn into a X and display it at the far right end (I have the turn into X checked).

Instead, now it display as a horizontal bar and eat up the space of my image.

Please advice.

For your info, I have 2 different version of pages for Desktop and Mobile.

For Desktop version, there is a touch for displaying the form applied, and strange thing is, it works with NO issues.

While for Mobile version, there is no additional touch for displaying the form, it is just a plain vanilla form displaying, or i should say with only a plain “Contact form builder” shortcode is being used. I believe there is a problem with “Contact Form Builder” on any MOBILE devices. I’ve tried most of the MOBILE devices such as iPad, iPhone6, Samsung Galaxy 5 and 6, LG Tablet, they are all having the same issues.

I am confuse.

The touch for displaying the form is only applicable to Desktop, while Mobile is direct form straight from the oven, no additional tech is being used.

Please advise what’s the next course of action in getting the form builder to be working with the Mobile.

Hi,

I have deactivated, delete and re-install the plugins the day before yesterday. All my previous blacklisted IP is gone, but the good part is, I can now add in new IP addresses. All the previously IP’s having error while adding, is now able to be blacklisted.

However, to facilitate your investigation, the actual error message i received was, “xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx can’t be added to blacklist” – any IP addresses.
AND under the “Blacklist” tab, it shows 524 items, but there isn’t any IP’s shown on the tab, it’s blank.

Hope you can find out the issues and resolve for further updates and I’m sure all your users will be benefited from this awesome plugin.
