I translated only few words for testing

I also de-activated all plugins and changed the theme to the default, but still the translation is not working!
Thank you for replying… Yes, admin area is translated… What do you mean by string translated? I only have this plugin translated…

I tried to install it, but all what I got when I visited the page is three links send|inbox|outbox
Am I doing something wrong?
