For right now I have set an 8 Hour cache TTL on Wp-Rocket and Cloudflare. It’s working fine now.

But I am not a programmer so it would be really helpful if there is a code that I can paste in the theme’s funtion.php and the nonce time gets printed on the Admin dashboard.

An accurate time for cache TTL would not constantly worry me whether Helpful is working or not.
