I’m having the exact same issue as of this morning all of a sudden. Posts are not generating permalinks it seems so I can’t save draft or publish posts. If I go to settings -> permalinks and try to save changes or make edits, I also get the “That page can’t be found” error.

OP are you using Namecheap hosting by any chance?

Yeah, it worked before. I changed the theme of my website, and then that error showed up. I have version 2.0 I think.
