Hi Anca,
I just found the solution now:
“Our plugin doesn’t support relative links and in order to solve this problem, absolute links must be used instead.”It’s fixed, thanks.
Kind regards,
Patee

Hi,
Thank you for a rapid response.
No, I have not managed to resolve this issue. The links are taking users to the right URL, yes. But the problem is the ‘anchor’ is not working because of the slash ‘/’ and the end of the address.
This mean, instead of taking users to the right part of the page, the links just direct users to the top of the page, which is not what we want the links to do. For example you try this yourself:
1. https://holisticwellnesskabtea.com/en/services/#book-a-session
2. https://holisticwellnesskabtea.com/en/services/#book-a-session/
Follow these two links and you will see that the first one takes you to the book a session part, but the second one just takes you to the top of the page. This should be fixed, because your plug-in takes users to the second one that have a slash added at the end.Kind regards,
Patee

In reply to: Incorrect posts and pages trash countIt works. Thanks. I don’t know which plug-in caused it because I reactivated the plug-ins one by one and that error did not come back. Now the site’s back-end is running smoothly.

In reply to: Incorrect posts and pages trash countI have just become the webmaster of this site about a week ago. I didn’t check the trash(s)’ count but I just noticed them this morning after I updated Creativ Blog Theme, installed 4 essential WPML plug-ins and created a child theme for Creativ Blog Theme myself.
I am not sure if one of the things I did caused this issue or not but I hope not.
I thought the amount of trash count is stored in the database somewhere so I expected to find out which database table stores this info so I can get into phpmyadmin and edit it but I could be wrong.

In reply to: [CP Contact Form with PayPal] I got an error when submit a formHi,
Thank you for your reply. The issue is fixed. It’s because of the CloudFlare CDN service we were using. I have paused it and the plug-in is now working fine.
Thanks again.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Getting mail delivery fail along with the contact formThank you for your reply. I set my email to auto reply when someone send me an email and this error is clearly because of that auto reply. I just don’t know where this address [email protected] comes from because it shows up in the error messages a couple of time now, so I think it has something to do with contact form 7.

In reply to: [CP Contact Form with PayPal] Form not sending emailsI’ve tried WP Mail SMTP and sent a test email from the plug-in completely, but when I test the CP Contact form with Paypal, there’s still no email sent. What should I do next. Is this because I did not configure the WP Mail SMTP correctly?
