My hosting provider guessed the solution is upgrading my hosting CDN from CDN1 to CDN2.

I updated the plugin to version 3.1.4.
Can you please test this plugin using Google Chrome Incognito?
After clearing the cache on my web hosting provider several times, the plugin is still not working with using Google Chrome Incognito. It still shows all categories, instead of just the categories in the Parent Category.

Do others have thoughts on removing wp_old_slug rows amd wp_old_date rows from the wp_postmeta table?
