To answer my own post – AutomateWoo plugin has this ability and has been implemented.

I have come to the following conclusion – I am going to attempt the following:

List the events with the products (The events will have to be separate, because these events will be many and different, but they can select the same product for the event(s)).

Basically the site sells bookings for custom paint parties. The user will select they party they are to attend and which item(product) they will be creating. I will add custom code to ensure they book a party AND purchase a product for creation.

Please let me know if you see any major pitfalls with this process.

Sure! We would be utilizing for a multisite online store. The admins and the customers would need to check the box every 30 days or so for the terms as they are subject to change etc. I think 30 days is a good time frame, unless you have other thoughts, or think we could/should have options 30, 60 or 90 days etc.

Thank you for the reply. I suppose those are viable options. A bundle, or listing the parties/tickets with the products would be fine in this case.

Example: Have tickets as products and have the paintings as products as well – then they could select the party and the painting from the products page. Only caveat there, would be a way to assure they select a party ticket AND a painting before checkout….possible?

Another thought would be to push the user to a (after ticket purchase) product page to have the purchase both the ticket and the custom product….
