Ok, I’ve done some trial and error, and it seems that elementor is only doing this for the OceanWP theme that I chose which was: ‘Travel’

It’s a real shame because I like this theme a lot. Is there anyway around this that anyone knows?
Although, I find this weird because I read that elementor works best with OceanWP themes? Is that not the case now? I still think elementor is a great tool! But this has knocked my confidence using it a bit… Have I just been unlucky?
