Thanks Sybre, the_seo_framework_image_details doesn’t appear to be in the docs but that does what I’m looking for.

It seems it only doesn’t fire for the page post type.

Yes, I ‘ve read those docs and I’m using it to good effect with custom post types. Are categories/custom taxonomies something you’re looking to support, or is there a particular technical constraint with them? Perhaps I can give it a go and submit a PR.

Just one scenario I could see being a problem and maybe just a future suggestion.

If one of my editors is editing a post and they are on the edit post screen, say I then at the same time activate the maintenance mode before they hit the publish/update button, it will cause them to lose their work. Is it possible to allow any possible saving to a post before effectively kicking them out?

Ok I have found the issue (none of the above). I had set the custom meta fields to only show on the ‘Subscriber’ role, when I set it to ‘All’ it works fine. So it appears you have a bug with limiting the meta fields to specific roles?
