In reply to: [Show your social media posts: easy & beautiful!] Yellow BadgeHi Noshad, thanks for asking! Unfortunately there is not. However, there are paid plans which remove this yellow badge. This goes to fund the development of the plugin and software. Thanks for checking out the plugin!

In reply to: [Show your social media posts: easy & beautiful!] Content doesn't displayI am not able to see that error here. But in any event, default.min.js is not a part of TwineSocial. It looks like it may have something to do with a carousel on your site? I saw this article: https://github.com/woothemes/FlexSlider/issues/646.

In reply to: [Show your social media posts: easy & beautiful!] Content doesn't displayHi, I am having some trouble repeating your issue. I tried it on Chrome, Safari, and Internet Explorer 10, maybe 30 times total. It loaded every time. I tried it after clearing the browser cache, and without.
Is there a Javascript error message that you see displayed in your browser’s Developer Tools pane?

In reply to: [Show your social media posts: easy & beautiful!] Content doesn't displayHi, there…I just checked your page and the content does load. Did you solve the problem?
Hi, thanks…I have looked at your page. The issue seems to be that you have the Cloudflare Rocket Loader plugin enabled. This is modifying the TwineSocial script in a way that breaks it. To fix it, either a) disable the Rocket Loader plugin, or b) load your TwineSocial script natively (bypassing the TwineSocial WordPress plugin).
If you choose the latter approach, you will need to add the
data-cfasync="false"
parameter to your TwineSocial script tag as described here. You can get the script tag for your TwineSocial hub inside your TwineSocial Administrator Console. It will look something like this:
<script data-cfasync="false" type="text/javascript" id="twine-script" data-instance-id="7226ee1d" src="//apps.twinesocial.com/embed?app=DarwinDay&lang=en"></script>
Additional documentation is here. Hope that helps!
I am unable to repeat your 404 error. Can you send a working URL for a page where you are seeing this error?
This article describes how to load TwineSocial inside a specific HTML DIV element on a site.
Note that it does not use the plugin; it shows you how to use TwineSocial by embedding a Javascript tag.
Hope that helps!

In reply to: [Show your social media posts: easy & beautiful!] Navigation problemHi…
Yes, it is related to your theme. It looks like you are using a theme that works by dynamically by loading Ajax content into your existing page.
You can make this work, but it will require a small change. Generally, what you want to do is add the TwineSocial script inside your home page (not your “/social” page). Then you’ll want to set up your “social” tab in your navigation pane to call a Javascript function that will initialize your wall. I am not sure how flexible the theme you have is but it is doable.
We have a support article that describes the step.
Hope that helps!
Thanks for the 5 stars!
I am not sure I follow your comment about Facebook profile posts. If you mean posts to from your personal page into your feed, we skip them if the privacy settings on the item is not set to Public. (Otherwise, people who are not your personal Facebook friend will see a broken link. This is a Facebook limitation.)
But, if you have any other questions or comments, please hit us up at [email protected].
Hi, Andrew, Noah is a developer on the plugin.
