We are sorry about the inconvenience caused. It seems strange actually as we haven’t been able to reproduce this issue from our end.
?Please check for plugin conflicts by following this: You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for the Essential block. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> Plugins and then, deactivate other Plugins.
Also, Can you please provide us your Site Health Information from Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info > Copy site info to clipboard: https://d.pr/i/KDbAny
And simply just paste it here. This will help us to reproduce this issue on our end.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re facing this issue. First of all, Can you please check whether you’re getting any Console Error? If yes, please share the screenshot with us.
You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for Simple 301 Redirects. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> Plugins and then, deactivate other Plugins.
Our new UI is made in REST API so if you are using any security plugin it might block the REST API and causing this issue. Can you please crosscheck whether REST API is blocked or not?
Finally, Our plugin does not make any change to the webserver configuration, it is mainly an application-based plugin.

Good day!Currently, we don’t have the option to change the font family directly from the plugin. You need to put custom CSS if you want to change the font family.
However, if you’ve made the notification bar with Elementor builder, you can change the font from Elementor editor. Have a look: https://d.pr/i/AucYxe
