Hope you’re doing well. Yes, currently there’s no option available to left-align the feature text. The alignment can be done globally for all the text from here: https://d.pr/i/SxYIwM

That is very unusual. Can you please tell me whether you’re getting any errors or not? Also, are you able to deactivate the other plugins?
Can you please check for plugin conflicts by following this: You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for Elementor and Essential Addons. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> Plugins and then, deactivate other Plugins.
After that try to deactivate the plugin and let me know whether it works or not.

Actually, Several columns can be readable on mobile but I assume in your case, the content is large in the amount which is why more than two columns are not visible on mobile. You need to use swipe left-right in mobile for this reason and this is how it is supposed to be worked!
If this doesn’t fulfill your requirements then you can use Data Table where the responsive option is available. In that case, make sure to turn on the Responsive Option from the style tab of EA Data Table.

Can you please try doing this following: To regenerate assets, you can go to wp-admin -> Essential Addons then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/OeGVUT
Also, make sure to Regenerate Files from wp-admin -> Elementor -> Tools as well. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/23N5eb
