Ok, I figured out something. When I invoke a non-existing page, but use a Simple permalink such as: https://example.com/?cat=20, then the Neve FSE 404 page works. But when I use a different address such as: https://example.com/does-not-exist, then I get my hosting provider’s 404 page. Any ideas as to what is going on? Is it possible to redirect all non existent links to the Neve FSE 404 page? I tried also switching to the Twenty Twenty Three theme, it’s the same story. All help greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have only one post on the site. If I delete it, the accordion and tag list revert back to their proper state.

I made a test. I switched off all plugins except Tag Groups and the free version of SeedProd (which I use to display a maintenance page). And this didn’t help. I’m using Firefox and a Clear Cache extension, which doesn’t help either. I’m running Neve FSE theme on an otherwise clean WordPress install.

Can you please be more specific about what can I try out or fix, because that it’s a cache issue or css/js optimizer issue is rather vague. And at the moment I have deleted the LiteSpeed Cache plugin completely and I’m not using any CSS/JS optimizer.

Perhaps I have to fix something in my hosting panel? What do you think?

Please help me out with this. I really want to use your plugin, I’m fond of the accordion effect and the tag grouping ability. I very much want to use this plugin.

Unfortunatelly there still is a problem with Tag Groups. The accordion effect or the tag list effect works while there are no posts published. Once I post something or create dummy content, both the accordion and tag list lose their formatting. In both cases I see some kind of raw display of the data. But no accordion effect or tag list effect. Once I delete all content, the accordion and tag list effects come back.

Plainly there is a problem with the display. Functionally it works, but it just looks wrong. Any ideas as to what can I fix or tryout?

Today I don’t have any more time. Tomorrow in the afternoon I will try to post a screenshot of what I see somewhere on the net and post you the link. Would that suffice to diagnose the problem?

Thank you so much for your reply. It triggered some more trial and error and it seems Tag Groups was colliding with the LiteSpeed Cache plugin. I switched off LiteSpeed Cache completely and now Tag Groups become responsive again. It seems to work. Now I only have to figure out how to go about caching ??
