I just went through the email list- he asked for the hosting information as well. So than, he most likely went through there.

I only asked him to do one thing. Is this admin adjustment usually done for security issues or just for some one tryin to have access and the ability to cause problems at their leisure?

Sounds intense and since i am not too familiar with the DB seems like many things could go wrong.

He can access the database through the wp- admin?

Database? so he went through the back so that i couldn’t delete the user i created. Is there a reason for doing that?
also if i can change the password would that do anything?

I am not sure if that ability was set, i used the default admin option when i created it. I set admin access so he could migrate the site.
I have access to that login and through his account, but I am not able to delete it but the option to edit or delete other users is there.
Is there a way to create “super-admin” within a single site?
Could that have been done through back end coding?

yes it is set to admin, and i can also adjust the role. But for the admin i created for him i can not even adjust the role.
-This is for just one website.

I have the original admin that was created when I first made the site and i created another for the coder. And even the other admin i created for another admin user has the delete option under it.
