To prevent this, I suggest using Google reCaptcha on your checkout pages to block automated submissions. Additionally, you could modify your robots.txt file to restrict bots from accessing your site.
If you’re not sure how to implement these, I recommend reaching out to your hosting support team for guidance on stopping bots from visiting your web pages.

I’m not entirely sure if I’ve understood your request correctly, but the emails sent to each user are the same as the ones configured in the email template settings of the plugin. You can view these email templates directly in the plugin settings to see how they appear.

Currently, we don’t have an option to view individual performance reports for each follow-up email. However, you can manually review the recovered orders and check how many emails were sent for each order. This can help you identify after how many emails an order was successfully recovered.
