Thanks for your message, The events are saved as virtual products so the Shipping is not show for the virtual product but if the event and product are both in the cart then the shipping will show for the Woocommerce Products.

You can check Event Settings -> Single Event Settings -> On/Off Shipping Method on event

By default the value should be No.

This issue will be solved in our next version release.

To do this, you need to disable PDF creation. Please go to Settings -> PDF Settings -> Un-tick all the Order statuses and Save the Settings.

We don’t have any settings to remove this, but you can remove it by template override. In the Default Theme you can simply remove this line

/wp-content/plugins/mage-eventpress/templates/themes/default-theme.php Line: 114.

In the ticket type settings we have a default value field. You can put the default number there, so the ticket will load with that number you set as default value.
