there is no trend unfortunately…it’s missing transactions randomly.
We have also Facebook Pixel installed and I can confirm that only ecommerce transactions aren’t tracked.
Do you have any idea what is the cause?

I confirm everything is set up according to the documentation.
We have another plug in but it is deactivate so it shouldn’t bother, right?

Hi, we installed your plugin (no other plugin installed) but it doesn’t track e-commerce transactions. It is missing more than 30% of the total purchases on our website. Can you please help?
