There are 3 things to consider;
1. Perfmatters and other optimization plugins combined can cause issues, please disable and check if it helps.
2. You added Consent Mode with Site Kit, including a snippet for Tag Manager as well as Analytics. If Analytics also added through Tag Manager, this can cause issues.
3. Your Complianz settings are unclear, how are statistics configured in Complianz? I don’t see Complianz adding Consent Mode, nor Analytics.regards Aert
Hi @michaelone,
What exactly happened?
Our plugin is specifically checked to be compatible with Site kit. The configuration for both plugins does matter however.
I have seen some cases where Site kit both adds the GA & GTM snippet, and afterwards the user might add the GA tag with GTM as well. This can cause timing issues with Consent Mode.
Let me know if I can assist, regards Aert
Hi @arunnatarajan,
Let’s start with Google Analytics;
This is set prior to consemt: https://snipboard.io/Zpl9Bh.jpg
This specific tag should have data. There’s a GT-*** tag blocked by Complianz, which is implemented by SiteKit.
The G-*** as shown in the screenshot is not blocked. Is this correct?
regards Aert
Hi @hebhansen,
Could you post the URL where this happens, so we can see if the settings are correct?

Hi @a47danger,
We can’t discuss any premium related question on the forum, I would assume our emails get in the spam, or are blocked somewhere. Even password resets.
Please send an email to support[at]complianz.io directly, preferably with the email you used for your purchase and we will sort it out,
regards Aert
Hi @gisante76,
This is because some CSS missing (not sure why):
.cmplz-obfuscate { direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: bidi-override; }
This will help, your email is reversed in HTML for obfuscation and reversed again with CSS to be readable.
Hope this helps!
Hi @webctrl,
Here’s a short explanation why this is happening; https://complianz.io/consent-mode-v2-ready-for-2024/
In your article it states: “If you use a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP), your CMP provider may automatically update to the newest version of consent mode. Please work with your provider to ensure you are using the latest consent mode update.”
This applies to us, but consent mode mode is only available in the premium version.
Hope this helps, regards Aert

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Conversios plugin compatibilityHi @aaadptble,
Facebook is triggered from your GTM container?
If so, you can use cmplz_event_marketing as custom event to trigger the Facebook Pixel Tag.
I don’t know how Conversios deals with Facebook, but we will have a look.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] display problemsHi @ddavor,
Could you add some CSS:
.cmplz-hidden {display:none!important;}
to this page, or entire website?
Let me know!
Could you share the specific plugin, and if possible an export of the settings so we know what happened?
Thanks!
Hi @kdtb1234,
You can follow; https://complianz.io/definitive-guide-to-tag-manager-and-complianz/
If you have 3 tags, you can configure them as stated in the above article.
All the other things are just optional, including ‘Consent Mode’, which is a Google related feature and not necessary to be compliant.
If you need help with a specific tag setup, let me know. regards Aert
Could you try disabling service and plugin integrations, until it stops? So we know where the issue might lie?
We see the body is removed afterwards, so some enabled javascript could be the culprit.
