Thank you for your clarification. But the frontend dashboard functionality is only available in our PRO version, so we are a bit confused now since you have mentioned that you are using the Free version.
Can you please share us the screenshot of our plugin’s form listing dashboard in the backend like below screenshot?

Thank you for writing to us. Is this query for our PRO version? If yes then we have a dedicated separate channel for the PRO version support so can you please send us this query from this link?
If not then can you please briefly explain how you have managed to add the date field in the form? If possible please provide us some screenshot reference for better understanding of the issue.

Thank you for writing to us and we are really sorry for the late response because of changes in the support forum rules for replying the support request.
Our plugin can be used to submit the post from frontend but our plugin doesn’t have the control over how post is displayed in the frontend and the post submitted from our plugin should display as same as the post added from backend.
Can you please check if the post that you have added from the backend shows the featured image or not in the post detail page? If not then you might need to check with the theme’s support or you can also check the single.php template file inside your active theme.?Thanks
