Hey Rick @mrdaro
Thanks very much for your informative reply. I disconnected and reconnected the Pay Pal account and hey presto – issue resolved.
Rick I have another issue – but I’ll mark this one as resolved and open a new ticket.

In reply to: [Page View Count] no count, but spinning_circlesI had a look but see that you have removed the plugin. You are using a CDN for your site. It sounds like you need to purge the CDN / cache.
If that is not the issue then it would be a conflict with your theme or another plugin.
The only way to know that would be to turn Page View Count back on and see if any errors show using a browser Web Developer console.
Thank you

In reply to: [Page View Count] Views when switching domainsHello @patoguerrero12
When you migrate if the database is not changed, you will not lose the count of visits.
By That I mean the count is based on the post ID not the post URL (which would change if migrating the site to a new domain). So as long as the post ID is unchanged in the move, it will be fine.
Thank you

In reply to: [Dynamic Product Gallery for WooCommerce] The link you followed has expired?Hi – please just try it again – the upgrade link is to the WordPress Repo and perhaps it just timed out because of a poor connection between your server and the WordPress server … I think :-).
Thank you

In reply to: [Page View Count] Litespeed compatibleIf it is not updating that would mean that you have a broken JavaScript on your site that is blocking the load – OR you have something Caching Ajax – please check both of those.
Thank you

In reply to: [Email Inquiry & Cart Options for WooCommerce] Success MessageHello @sandrach
Thank you for reaching out. As yu have found the success message is hardcoded to show via pop-up so that the user stays on the product page where they are submitting the inquiry form from.
Adding a Redirect option would be doable, but at the moment with WordPress major release 6.0 due out in 13 days and WooCommerce 6.5 just released, we are a bit snowed under testing and updating our plugins and themes for the new major versions.
I’ll add it to the plugin’s roadmap as a future enhancement and add look at it when we have the time.
Leave this ticket open and I’ll update you when we get a chance to look at it.
Thank you

Yes, it has a setting option – load counter by Ajax.
Ajax is not cached.

In reply to: [Page View Count] Page Views Count not increasing on refreshHi @muadmz
Thanks for the link – when I land on the page it was showing 71 Views and I refresh the browser and each time it increases by +1
I see the counter is loaded by Ajax and not being cached.

In reply to: [Page View Count] Page Views Count not increasing on refreshHello @muadmz,
Without seeing it I can only guess what the issue might be.
If the count does not increase it is probably being cached. You should check if ‘Load by Ajax’ feature is switched ON.
Ajax is not cached and with that on it should work.
If it is ON and the counter is loaded by Ajax and still not increasing I’d need to see a link to a site where I can see that issue to be able to help you.
Thank you
