In reply to: [Page View Count] Does WordPress count natively?Hello @gwkopy ,
WordPress core does not store post or page view counts, so there is no data to populate the page view totals when you install a counter plugin.
Our Page Views Count does give you the ability to enter any start number you want from the Post or Page editor. But that has to be done manually.
You can see that here on the plugins docs.
Thank you
Steve

In reply to: [WooCommerce] What Happened to Version 7.2.1?Yes wondering the same – have checked the Blog, Github repo and nothing there – I don’t see any major issue on the Support forum.
All of our client sites are running either 7.2 or 7.2.1 and we would like someone from the Woo team to advise what is the heck is going on with this.

In reply to: [Predictive Search for WooCommerce] Elementor Pro widgetHello @bredamcguigan
We just released Predictive Search for WooCommerce version 5.6.0. It adds these features:
1. Shortcode – Add the search box via shortcode – You’ll find it on the plugin settings – Settings Tan Scroll to the bottom and you’ll a Shortcode option box has been added – at the moment it has a link to the plugins docs where you can find the shortcode and the variables. Getting the shortcode is not the best user experience at the moment – but we wanted to get it out. We are working on building a shortcode generator that can be used from the plugin’s admin panel.
2. Default Font – Updated the plugin’s font controller so when it is installed it will get the theme fonts by Default. This is a time saver as the fonts only need to be set if a different font is required or the size, weight, colour, or line-height needs to be edited. If for whatever reason it can’t get the theme fonts it will fall back to Arial.
3. SVG’s – Removed font-awesome Lib and replaced icons with SVG’s – this is a Google Core Vitals performance improvement as the plugin does not load the font-awesome JS or CSS.
We have tested the shortcode with Elementor editor and it works fine. Please try it on your site.
Thank you

SteveHello @camz528,
Thanks for the question and the link to your site.
And I note what you say about the Customer does not want to use ‘Request a Quote’ that involves using the Cart Function. The customer just wants a ‘Request A Quote’ button that opens an email inquiry form – that has all of the options fields
The Free version of the plugin does not have that feature. What will do it for you is the Email Inquiry Ultimate plugin.
That plugin will allow you to use either the Premium Gravity Forms plugin or the Free Contact Form 7 plugin to create whatever form fields you want. Here is a client site where they are doing the same.
You can set the email form to open on the page or a pop-up. Whatever suits your site.
I hope that helps you.
Thank you

In reply to: [Predictive Search for WooCommerce] Elementor Pro widgetThanks for your feedback – yes that description is wrong – my apologies.
The Widget does work if you use the Sidebar Module – You can add the search box widget to that – See screenshot

We will be adding the shortcode to the free version this week. Once that is released you will be able to insert the Predictive Search search box anywhere in Elementor Pro.
I will ping you here when that is released.
Thank you

I need to clarify which plugin you are using. You have posted here on the
Predictive Search for WooCommerce forum. Embed by shortcode is a Premium version feature. The shortcode that you posted above is from a Plugin that we just released
Predictive Search. This plugin is fully featured and works well with Elementor with the Shortcode that you posted. There is a premium Predictive Search WooCommerce Addon for this plugin.I don’t know if you have posted the support request on the wrong forum or if you have got the shortcode from the Predictive Search plugin and trying to use it with this plugin?
Can you please let me know and then I can help you?
Thank you

In reply to: [Page View Count] Single Post Counter spins, but shows zero on front endHello @muadmz
This seems to be just an issue on your site – as it works fine in testing – here is an example site – That site is latest version of all software.
I see the page you linked to has error logged in the console
Uncaught TypeError: c is null setHandlerById https://sandhaanu.today/wp-content/plugins/javaabu-thaana-3/res/js/jtk-4.2.1.pack.js?ver=4.2.1 line 8 > eval:1 setHandlerByClass https://sandhaanu.today/wp-content/plugins/javaabu-thaana-3/res/js/jtk-4.2.1.pack.js?ver=4.2.1 line 8 > eval:1 init https://sandhaanu.today/wp-content/plugins/javaabu-thaana-3/res/js/jtk-4.2.1.pack.js?ver=4.2.1 line 8 > eval:1 onload https://sandhaanu.today/wp-content/plugins/javaabu-thaana-3/res/js/jtk-4.2.1.pack.js?ver=4.2.1 line 8 > eval:1 onload https://sandhaanu.today/wp-content/plugins/elementor/assets/lib/waypoints/waypoints.min.js?ver=4.0.2:1
My guess is that if you fix those errors the counter will be able to load the increased count.
Thank you
