I want to be able to see how many tickets have been opened by all techs for the Hotel?

Example
50 customers (as in businesses) and over 200 emails between them we need to know which email belongs to which customer?

reports from the CRM side, like which businesses are with in a postcode , which ones are in which city, which ones are bronze members etc

It is a child theme running. menus were put back from the backup..

I did Update to 0.2.7… the customization stopped working, and all the text on the menu disappeared.. (it would only come back if i open it in a small window, use the mobile menu – click something then maximize the whole menu came back..

We had to restore the from a backup.. We are using the : Llorix One Companion also

Option in Customize > Appearance > General Options > Header visibility
Un-checking this fixed it for all pages

Just updated the theme now the Header menu is missing ..

Also you have an extra < at the beginning

Yes looks like there is a bug in the menu.. We are still waiting for someone to pick this up.. I did have an idea and that is using CSS turn of the autohide ? but don’t know where to look
