If possible, could you provide a list of the current active plugins and theme on the site? If you’re a A2/WHG customer, you can open a ticket with support with that information and ask them to alert the A2 dev team and we can take a look directly.

Thanks for the report. We have a release pending we can add this to. Can you provide some more details on how you triggered the error? Which pages you’re accessing, if it’s occurring while logged in / logged out. If logged in which role, etc.

There is a purge command that should run on a periodic basis. We’ll get an update out early next week to address this for you.
This is an issue with Easy Hide Login, looks like you’ve already opened a topic with that plugin
Thank you, I was able to locate your ticket. It looks like there is another plugin that is the source of the errors, and A2 Optimized was successfully deactivated. The support agent will provide some mitigation options for the other plugin if you wish to continue using it.

Could you open a ticket with A2 support so we can directly track the issue on your account? You can reference this www.remarpro.com topic and ask that they ping the dev team so they can investigate.
It should ideally see that there is already an existing cron task and not create additional ones.
Interval is between 15 minutes and 1 hour depending on server / plan / enabled features, and you’re free to adjust that from cpanel.

Sorry you’re having issues with A2 Optimized. We try to recommend features that are “safe”, but all sites are different. We would suggest disabling the following features one at a time, in this order, to isolate which one (or more) could be incompatible:
- GZIP compression (there’s an encoding error in your console, so there maybe double encoding going on)
- Minify inline CSS and JS (Divi sometimes has issues with this feature)
- Minify HTML pages (same as above)
- Dequeue WooCommerce cart fragments
Remember to clear all caches after disabling each feature.

If you’re hosted with A2 Hosting and have a Turbo plan, we would highly suggest using the “Turbo Cache” feature within A2 Optimized over any other caching plugin.
In other cases, A2 Optimized will perform about the same as WP Rocket for most use cases. But if you’d like to use WP Rocket, remember to disable any caching features within A2 Optimized for best results.
Hide My WP should work fine as along as it’s relying on .htaccess rewrites and not on PHP based methods. And if there is a feature duplicated between that and A2 Optimized (like XML-RPC blocking), be sure to only have it activated in one place.

It looks like the site listed is not hosted with A2, and the recaptcha code on the page is not what the A2 Optimized plugin would output.
