Ok, we need some time to create test environment. But could you confirm that you tried to reproduce the issue from your side on your test site? Did you enable Elementor to edit product description https://prnt.sc/26ih40n Did you create a product with the description built using Elementor and then check the product vendor page that sells this product?
Because I think that to fix the problem you need to recreate it on your test site because we won’t be able to provide you with FTP access, only WP Dashboard access to our test environment.
So, it’s important for us to know that you followed the mentioned steps from your side.

There is no any additional code for the vendor in the description field. Apologies, but have you tried to follow steps described in the video from your side? Don’t you have the mentioned error? Could you please provide us with link to test site where you have created product description using Elementor and page of the vendor that sells this product looks ok? If you want we could create test site for you and provide you access but we need your contact email to send credentials.

We are very glad for users of the YITH WooCommerce Brands Add-On plugin but we are not one of them. We are developers of the XStore theme https://themeforest.net/item/xstore-responsive-woocommerce-theme/15780546 and our theme comes with our custom Brand taxonomy. We had communication with your team a year ago about cooperation, we added your plugin to the list of compatible plugins and you added our theme to the link of compatible themes https://wedevs.com/dokan/themes So, we are interested in how to show that custom taxonomy in the product settings while vendor creating product. Do you understand my request? Not the taxonomy created by the third-party plugin, we use built-in custom taxonomy. Do I need to contact your team using private email or you can share any solution here?

Let’s clarify: do you have your own Brand taxonomy in the premium version or you added support of the custom taxonomies (no matter brands or any other custom taxonomy) in the premium version only?
