Update: I just checked the course archive page on my 11 inch tab. In the landscape mode, I have the same issue.

In the portrait mode there is no issue as the mobile version loads properly.

So, there is an issue with your course archive template. It is not loading properly on the smaller screens in landscape mode.
Hi. Thanks for the reply.
I tested the page on different browsers of my 14 inch laptop. I also tested the page on another 14 inch laptop. The issue is the same.

The issue is with 14 inch screens only. Please check.
I am having issues with your OTP login plugin. That’s a premium plugin. I am creating a support ticket on your site. Please reply there.
Thanks.
The ‘Remember me’ check box does not appear anywhere except the email/password login option. Please make it available across all login options.
Thanks.
Actually, I did figure out the exact plugin which was causing the issue. It is the Automator WP Google Sheets add on. Since I no more needed the add on, I removed it and now everything is working fine.
Thanks for your time and support.
I have done the conflict test by switching to 2023 default theme and the deactivation of all plugins. The culprit is Automator WP. There is no error related to this in the debug log because this is a time out error. Somehow Automator WP makes the WordPress editor take too long and Cloudflare times out. Even if I disable Cloudflare, the issue persists.

It’s alright. I managed to accomplish the required changes to the default phrases using the “Better Find and Replace” plugin.
Thank You for your responses.
Hello @jahmedas,
the process of translating the core just for the word “ticket” seems unusually complicated, plus, this is not a different language.
I am aware of the fact that Awesome Support core plugin offers an easy way to rename some important labels. Can the term “Ticket” be included in that list in a future update?
Thanks.

Hi.
Sorry for the delayed reply.
I have found the culprit plugin.
No issues from LiteSpeed Cache.
Marking this thread as resolved. Thanks for your help.
P.S. In case someone needs this info, let me tell this:
The plugin named “One Tap Google Sign in” messes up with the persistence caching. As long as it is installed, it’s ok. Removing it starts giving trouble on mobile user agents. So far I have not been able to find a solution to this. Trying to contact the develeoper.
Yes. It used to work fine before. After the recent update, I have been having this issue. Tried different android phones but the same issue.
Thanks for your response. I have already used your plugin to get the blog post header stick when a visitor scrolls down a blog post. But I also wish to include the bookmark option and share option in the sticky section on the top. I have their respective classes but when I use multiple elements in the sticky class separated by commas, it does not work.
Attaching the image links where I have highlighted the elements that I wish to get sticky together.

I have used the wildcard cache exclusion as advised by you and it seems to be working. After excluding certain URL ranges using this method, I changed back to cache preference (network first and then cache) and caching seems to be working on desired URLs.
Thank You for the prompt support.
Do I have to use the full URL?
Also, since I am already caching on the server as well as using browser caching, won’t caching via SPWA cache the cache?Any update?
