Thank you SUNSEEKIN. I also use GoDaddy, updated to WP 4.7 and experienced uploading issues. Changed the PHP version as instructed, as well as blank out the upload path in the database… and I was immediately back in business. THANK YOU!

Oh my goodness… THANK YOU! I’m sorry to have bothered you with issues caused by another plugin.

Although that plugin was already Deactivated, I deleted that plugin entirely, and all is great now with the Contact Form.

That WP Super Cache plugin had been deactivated for quite some time. I didn’t know it could still place code like that when deactivated. Can you tell me, is that normal, or is that the result of a problemed plugin?

UPDATE: I was able to duplicate with both plugin deactivated. So I’m not sure where that leaves me for troubleshooting??
