Initially I was saving individual options/strings from theme selection on the left side as translatable on the right side of the Translate Option plugin screen. That did not work for some reason.
Than I selected the whole theme as translatable without opening the theme for individual options/strings and that did the trick.
All is working now. I lost some of the text formatting but I can deal with it by reapplying it again I hope.

Thanks guys, all is working great with new version, I also change permalinks from default to another type as advised in another topic.
