As I explained earlier, our FB chat was working fine on mobile devices. After installing the bar, the chat button disappears after 20+ seconds and is only available when you scroll down to the footer area of the homepage.

Chat works fine on product pages as the notification bar is turned off for all pages except the homepage.

Issue only on Mobile/ Smarthphones. We checked it on 2 different devices and 2 browsers ( Safari, Chrome)

Hi there,

We have deleted Flexible Shipping Plugin, which seems to be no longer available in Plugins section.

We have installed this plugin instead https://4familyes.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?s=shipping&tab=search&type=term

and it seems that the same problem persists. We noticed that the shipping options are crashing when you add more than ￡45 in the basket to qualify for free shipping. If your cart is below ￡45 and there was paid shipping option then everything was displayed correctly.

It seems that it happens when you add enough products (￡45 and above for UK addresses) to qualify for free shipping then the problem is displayed in the Shopping Cart.

You can see the discounted Sale price of the product, that is correct, yes.

But what I meant was that we have a -￡50 discount set up when customers spend ￡275 or more. This is not visible in the section.

The problem is that we only added required field WHEELS to a range of electric bicycles on our page – > https://postimg.cc/8sCzTwc1. None of the Car Seats have required wheels option anywhere —> https://postimg.cc/K109hZHc

If you click on the interactive slider with e-bikes on the homepage, you will see that it redirects to log in and shows WHEELS as required field. Wheels is one of the add-on field that customers are required to click on before moving forward with the purchase – > https://postimg.cc/K109hZHc

The customer should be able to click select more options -> get redirected to product page without login and wheels required error covering the product page?
