It’s BuddyPress pages like yourdomain.com/members/username/anybuddypresspage/

Here’s a link to a buddypress forum about excluding buddypress pages. Maybe you could add that functionality to AddToAny. Unless, there’s an easier way I can stop AddToAny from inserting into these pages.
