Hi Jay,
Thanks for posting this, can you open a support ticket at https://docs.projectpanorama.com/submit-a-ticket/ so we can get some more details about your installation and figure out why this would be happening?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Panorama - WordPress Project Management Plugin] Plugin UpgradeYou’re very welcome! Both plugins have been tested with the latest version of WordPress, we just need to push an update to the repo to confirm — thanks for the reminder and heads up!

In reply to: [Panorama - WordPress Project Management Plugin] top bar missingThat’s really odd, can you fill out a support ticket here https://docs.projectpanorama.com/support/ with a link to where this is happening and a non-admin login so I can try and see why?
That’s really odd, could you fill out a support ticket at https://docs.projectpanorama.com/support/ so I can safely get some login credentials and take a look?
Yes, sorry at this time all of the add-ons only work with the premium version. We have some plans on making some of them functional with the free version in the future.
Hello!
This is the Project List widget? Or are you using a shortcode? I’m having trouble finding the “client” text you’re referring too! If I can find it, we should be able to hide it using CSS

-ROssThanks Eric!
We’re so happy you’ve found Panorama so useful and so close to what you’re looking for. We always appreciate the feature suggestions and the duplicate a phase / import from phase template is definitely high on the list.
Thanks! Found what was going on and just pushed an update. Should work as expected now!

Hmm, sorry about that! Maybe we missed another condition where this happens.
Can you copy and paste the shortcode and attributes we’re using so we can check?

In reply to: [Panorama - WordPress Project Management Plugin] woocommerce integration ?Hello,
Could you fill out a support ticket real quick here? https://docs.snaporbital.com/support/
It might be worth having me login real quick to take a look and see what’s happening. It will probably be quicker than shooting in the dark.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Panorama - WordPress Project Management Plugin] Cloning conflict fatalityHi Wasana,
I believe this should be easily solvable.
You’ll want to deactivate both Panorama and Duplicate Posts. Then activate just Duplicate Posts. Then activate Panorama.
Doing it in this order will have Panorama recognize that duplicate posts is installed and not activate the bundled version.
Then go to Settings > Duplicate Posts and enable duplication on projects (instructions here https://duplicate-post.lopo.it/docs/options/permissions/enable-for-these-post-types/)
This should do the trick!

In reply to: [Panorama - WordPress Project Management Plugin] woocommerce integration ?Hello!
We actually have a free WooCommerce integration that works with Panorama Lite. https://www.projectpanorama.com/add-ons/woocommerce-integration/
Once installed you can mark any Panorama project as a “WooCommerce Template” by editing the project. Then within WooCommerce you can setup the product to be a Panorama product and select the template you’d like WooCommerce to clone.
When the client purchases the product, it will automatically generate a user account for them (if they don’t already have one,) clone the project and assign it to them.
I think this would be the easiest approach!
