Hello Mpaxton. This is an easy fix. Just de-select the twitter and facebook/other options. This will remove the feature all together. Now you can add one of many different stat counters and sharing tools. Currently I am using Social Count Plus. Just install the plugin and add your social media information in the settings tab of the plugin. You can view it at work on my blog at https://www.3dphobbyist.com
