It is unlikely that you will need to update the plugin, unless your theme has some major structural changes, or you start using another theme.

We were unable to access your website to inspect the issue.
This plugin does not align the prices, however, you could try using css:
padding-top or padding-bottom to adjust the prices.

Unfortunately this plugin cannot work with the Astra theme.

After inspection, it appears that your Sydney theme has modified the standard WooCommerce templates.
Thus the title height is now causing the overlap.
However, we have built a custom version without the title height script you can try.
Download version 100.5.2 from the bottom of the page Here.
Delete the version you currently have installed, then upload and activate version 100.5.2.
Clear any caches you have, and let us know how you go.

It is your WOOF product filter plugin which is causing the problem.

Go to the “Advanced” tab in “WOOF – WooCommerce Products Filter” settings page.

In the text area next to “JavaScript code after AJAX is done” type this code:

wooAlignButtons();

Press the “Save changes” button at the bottom of the page.

See if that helps.

This plugin measures the length (height) of your titles.
It finds the tallest title height and adjusts all others to match.
If you have a very long title in the grid, then the shorter titles will have white space underneath.

The best way is to have all of your titles around the same length in characters.

It may be possible to automatically deactivate this plugin on mobile devices, however, the buttons will no longer be aligned.
Try deactivating the plugin, then have a look at what your website looks like when viewing on mobile devices, and see if this is suitable.

As far as the missing buttons go, there does not appear to be any buttons in the template of the theme you are using.

Unfortunately, the Themify Ultra theme has been heavily modified and this plugin can not work as intended.
The Themify developers should have addressed the issues with aligning the buttons, and perhaps you could raise this issue on their support page.
After inspecting your website, it may help if you make all of your product images exactly the same height and width.

We will need to see a link to your website to inspect what your theme developers have done to cause the problem.
