I actually already tried updating the permalinks at the bottom of the wordpress/store/admin page but this didnt fix the issue. Note that I essentially have two separate stores on the site – one for free downloads, and one for ‘for sale’ products. I think this may be part of the issue:

I’m new to WP, but it doesnt make a lot of sense to me that it would be in the SC plugin. I did check the shopping_cart.php file, however, but the relevant text/html is not in there.

Thank you for the response. When I go to this page in WP, I don’t see any categories. I think this is probably because I am using a customized WP theme. Any chance you can take a quick look at the page and let me know what file on the back-end I should be looking in???

*If you click on ‘sports’, for example, a new page used to come up, but now, while the new URL shows up, the page itself doesnt change!
