In reply to: [WP Super Cache] is my htaccess normal?I haven’t deleted the extra 3 yet but I just realised there’s a difference.
Two of them are like: RewriteCond %{HTTPS} !on
The other two are like this: RewriteCond %{HTTPS} on
Note the exclamation mark.

In reply to: Wrong DB_Host yet my site continued to workI just realised in the Softaculous App in cpanel, my database details are wrong there as well.
Should I change it there to reflect the changes I’ve made in wp-config?
Thanks

In reply to: [Social Media Share Buttons & Social Sharing Icons] s7.addthisHi,
Thanks for the reply
I’m curious, when did you guys implement Addthis as a third party service? was it quite recent? I want to see if it lines up with the time my site starting acting up.
Thanks

In reply to: Site hacked?Yeah thats the one.
Ive mentioned it in their support forum. Looks like I’m the only one to have had problems so far with it.
I’ve been experiencing a drop in traffic lately hopefully this was the culprit.
From what I’ve read, it creates a lot of spam. I use adblock plus so I never saw it during my testing so I never could figure out why there was a drop in traffic.
I think my viewers that weren’t using adblock plus were experiencing lots of spam! and thus increase in bounce rate!
Not good for my site reputation at all.

In reply to: Site hacked?Deleted a plugin called Social Media Icons and Shares. Fixed the issue straight away.
Strange it had nothing to do with a virus being on my computer even though all link on google say it is.

In reply to: Website views go down every 2nd day! Thanks dinsan.
I just tested on isup – it says its working fine.
The problem is I dont see the site go down. It works perfectly on my end.
My uniques go from 100 to 4 to 120 to 3. Every second day something happens. Tomorrow things will pick up again. It’s all very strange.
Sometimes when I re-save permalinks things work better but today for instance doesn’t matter how many times I resave permalinks, nothing changes.
I’m thinking there might be something wrong in the database.
Works for me.
If you don’t want to, at the very least make sure you update Woocommerce though. When I don’t update Woocommerce, checkout stops working.
Just make a test order without paying and see if things are running smoothly.

In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Stripe] Auth and CaptureIf you do a test order with out actually paying, check your own order in the dashboard it’ll say the same thing “Authorized only (Not captured yet)”

In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Stripe] Auth and CaptureWhen I first encountered the issue two weeks ago I did a test order via Chrome incognito mode. When I clicked to place the order after filling in the details, it came up with a page saying “this page does not exist, contact admin”
This was solved when I updated woocommerce to the latest version.
The other reason is they just simply left the checkout. Again do a test order and see if there’s something missing that could’ve caused them to leave.

In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Stripe] Auth and CaptureDoesn’t that just mean the buyer left at the checkout page?
Did your customer email you and say that they couldn’t purchase?
Also make sure WooCommerce is updated to the latest. Before this, make a test purchase yourself, can you access the checkout page? if not update WooCommerce and try again.

In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Stripe] SSL issue on checkoutOkay I fixed it. The reason was the Modal Image was insecure. I made it secure by using SSLPic.com
